Disappointed with Elite Homes customer service
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Elite Homes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2293-OVU-0840) on May 23, 2025, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Elite Homes to improve their customer service training.
