I have been a loyal customer of Engineering Bros Kuching for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3592-OOU-5148) on July 3, 2005, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
