Warranty claim denied by Elite Homes
Complaint Details
On February 14, 2025, I signed up for Elite Homes's return policy at their Kossview, Montana location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $503.09, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vicente B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Elite Homes honor the warranty as soon as possible.

May 05, 2025 05:53Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $381.40 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
