I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rhoda K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with Taylor Robinson from the Customer Experience at Design Partners, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
