Poor customer service experience with FastPay Solutions

I have been a loyal customer of FastPay Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-3015-XAT-4143) on May 6, 2025, and have encountered found security vulnerabilities. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking FastPay Solutions to make this right by issue a formal apology.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and FastPay Solutions still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
