Recurring received the wrong item with FastPay Solutions package

I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from FastPay Solutions. After paying $933.99 for package, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Candelario H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope FastPay Solutions will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
