Delayed delivery from Expert Builders Development

I want to report a serious concern with Expert Builders Development's warranty package that I purchased on December 3, 2024 from your Colemanchester, Connecticut store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Frida K., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Expert Builders Development provide a full refund as soon as possible.
