Overcharged by Spectrum Wireless for subscription service

On February 7, 2025, I signed up for Spectrum Wireless's support line at their Saulview, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $625.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Benny F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Spectrum Wireless to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.
