I had an appointment at The Prime Vitality Specialists on May 5, 2025 for telehealth. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and discovered hidden fees. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Curt V., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect The Prime Vitality Specialists to take responsibility and stop their deceptive business practices.

May 15, 2025 05:34Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $357.98 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
