Misleading advertising by Premier-Works LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1540-IVP-9908 placed with Premier-Works LLC on March 23, 1980. I paid $242.28 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dakota T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
