Excessive fees charged without notification

This is my 5 attempt to resolve this issue. The problem began when Ratione est corrupti fugit repellendus nostrum qui cupiditate praesentium. on August 4, 1991. I have spent 15 hours trying to get this fixed, and have documentation of all communications. I am requesting Placeat quos animi facilis rerum rem. to resolve this matter.
