Quality issues with Architecture Bros product

On July 20, 2001, I signed up for Architecture Bros's troubleshooting service at their West Jaquan, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $308.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Athena O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
