Strong Build & Sons Corp. provided defective product

On April 6, 2010, I signed up for Strong Build & Sons Corp.'s warranty service at their Port Simone, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $602.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lauryn P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
