Misleading advertising by Expert Builders Team

On August 3, 2016, I signed up for Expert Builders Team's troubleshooting service at their Wittingshire, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $296.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Asa O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
