Billing dispute with Elite Construction & Sons

On August 14, 2018, I signed up for Elite Construction & Sons's installation service at their South Earl, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $806.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Aniya Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
