False promises made by Elite Construction & Sons representative

On March 6, 2003, I signed up for Elite Construction & Sons's customer support at their New Sydnee, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $745.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hailey G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
