Premier-Homes Ottawa refused to address issue

I purchased a item from Premier-Homes Ottawa on May 25, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Amari T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 27, 2025 05:22I want to acknowledge that Premier-Homes Ottawa has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $313.53 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $313.53 for a furniture set that never worked properly.
