I want to report a serious concern with Premier-Homes Ottawa's membership that I purchased on May 23, 1997 from your Lamontfurt, North Dakota store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elouise H., but my issue remains unresolved.
