I am writing regarding order #ORD-6172-SRO-7288 placed with United Properties on January 29, 1972. I paid $925.56 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Malinda I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
