I am writing regarding order #ORD-3484-JPG-5004 placed with Advanced-Homes on July 5, 1974. I paid $538.0 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Riley W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
