I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Structures Professionals's platform that I purchased on March 28, 1997 from your Muellertown, Virginia store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elizabeth T., but my issue remains unresolved.
