I want to report a serious concern with Design Partners's unit that I purchased on December 22, 2024 from your South Garnett, South Dakota store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Genoveva R., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Design Partners to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
