Misleading advertising by Design Partners
Complaint Details
I purchased a service plan from Design Partners on March 12, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Spencer A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Design Partners expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.

Apr 30, 2025 05:11I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The headphones from Design Partners not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
