I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Solid Works LLC. After paying $585.38 for package, I found that it had repeated billing errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Albin Q., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

The situation with Solid Works LLC has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the extended warranty, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-9518DFAA multiple times.
