Recurring encountered rude staff with Solid Works LLC equipment

I have been a loyal customer of Solid Works LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6086-LTT-3576) on May 14, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Solid Works LLC will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
