Billing dispute with Advanced Structures & Sons Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2599-LZL-1084 placed with Advanced Structures & Sons Corp. on June 14, 2011. I paid $220.48 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kali Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
