On November 2, 1972, I signed up for Quality-Engineering Seoul Corp.'s maintenance program at their O'Keefemouth, Maine location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $28.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joanne D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
