I am writing regarding order #ORD-4783-YOH-4609 placed with Dynamic-Engineering on May 22, 2007. I paid $660.13 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Milo T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 10, 2025 05:39I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from Dynamic-Engineering not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
