Misleading advertising by Superior-Properties

I purchased a subscription from Superior-Properties on January 3, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Edward H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Superior-Properties will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
