I am writing regarding order #ORD-4673-ZQC-1586 placed with Dynamic-Engineering on May 15, 2025. I paid $973.28 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered received conflicting information from representatives. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Okey R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Dynamic-Engineering will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

After my initial complaint, Dynamic-Engineering contacted me to troubleshoot the air purifier. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
