Unresolved issue with Structures Development product

On March 28, 2019, I signed up for Structures Development's troubleshooting service at their Lake Virgie, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $321.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sister S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
