I am writing regarding order #ORD-5136-TOC-5984 placed with VintageCellar Wines on January 31, 2020. I paid $582.89 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madison J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:22After speaking with Charles Martin from the Resolution Center at VintageCellar Wines, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
