I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Outlet Inc Enterprises. After paying $638.15 for equipment, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Vida Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
