On July 26, 1999, I signed up for Depot Central Holdings's installation service at their East Shemarport, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $107.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Renee C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Depot Central Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
