Quality issues with ExploreTours Travel product

I want to report a serious concern with ExploreTours Travel's solution that I purchased on June 9, 2005 from your New Constancehaven, Tennessee store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cary B., but my issue remains unresolved.
