I have been a loyal customer of ExploreTours Travel for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8079-MWD-8015) on November 2, 2014, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, ExploreTours Travel has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their expedited shipping.
