I am writing regarding order #ORD-9531-UAW-1799 placed with FastPay Solutions on January 21, 1994. I paid $77.58 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Consuelo S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:20I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from FastPay Solutions not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
