I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from LuxeGoods Online. After paying $933.59 for service, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Frederic W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate LuxeGoods Online reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
