I purchased a equipment from BroadBand Express on January 31, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Orlo J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Quinn Lee from the Customer Advocacy at BroadBand Express, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
