I purchased a plan from Spectrum Wireless on February 15, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Irwin G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Taylor Hernandez from the Product Support at Spectrum Wireless, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
