I want to report a serious concern with CyberShield Security's application that I purchased on May 2, 1976 from your Veumfurt, Maryland store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marion I., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from CyberShield Security called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
