I purchased a application from CyberShield Security on December 26, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adrian M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
