I have been a loyal customer of Institute of University for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8994-UXG-6420) on February 20, 2025, and have encountered was transferred multiple times without resolution. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Institute of University to extend my warranty period.

The situation with Institute of University has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the upgrade plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-0602940F multiple times.
