I have been a loyal customer of Campus of Academy Kitakyushu LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-3396-WDC-9458) on February 2, 2012, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
