Misleading advertising by Summit Class of Institute Holdings
Complaint Details
On June 22, 1996, I signed up for Summit Class of Institute Holdings's exchange program at their West Keithside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $381.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hattie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
