I want to report a serious concern with Institute of University's subscription that I purchased on April 29, 2025 from your Lake Loy, Kansas store. The product has discovered data privacy issues despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vida W., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Institute of University to take responsibility and provide a full refund.

I'm updating my complaint because Institute of University finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
