Data loss incident with Robo Intelligence app development
Complaint Details
After subscribing to Robo Intelligence's network maintenance on February 5, 2025, I've experienced constant discovered data privacy issues. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-6402-SGX-5373) and spent hours on calls with Sim D. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that Robo Intelligence issue a formal apology as soon as possible.
