Overcharged by Logic Technologies International for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5246-JWC-3225 placed with Logic Technologies International on July 13, 1983. I paid $461.97 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Orlo L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
