I have been a loyal customer of Builders Enterprises Geelong for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7516-DWT-3659) on April 21, 2025, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Builders Enterprises Geelong make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

I appreciate Builders Enterprises Geelong reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
