Poor service at Homemade Food Delights restaurant
Complaint Details
I ordered delivery from Homemade Food Delights on May 3, 2025 (order #ORD-3588-ERN-2190) totaling $840.38. The food arrived found foreign objects in the product and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Humberto O. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I am requesting that Homemade Food Delights improve their customer service training as soon as possible.
